R-L: Gov Douye Diri, His Deputy, Senator Lawrence Ewhrudjakpo

The Deputy Governor of Bayelsa State, Senator Lawrence Ewhrudjakpo has felicitated with the state Governor, Senator Douye Diri on the occasion of his Sixty-First birthday.

In a congratulatory message signed by the Deputy Governor, he eulogized the Governor for spending a greater part of his life in patriotic service to the state, the Ijaw nation and the Country.

A Press statement by his Senior Special Assistant on New Media, Clement Ovokeroye Paul has it that Senator Ewhrudjakpo noted that the Governor has left no one in doubt that he would make a positive difference in the governance of Bayelsa State, adding that the vibes and signs of his readiness and passion for service are there for everyone to see and hear.

The Deputy Governor who prayed God to protect Governor Douye Diri in Office, wished him many more years in return, asking God to give him the grace to serve the people of Bayelsa state and humanity with utmost diligence and resilience to truly make the State The Glory of All Lands.

“On behalf of my family and Staff of Office of the Deputy Governor, I wish to most heartily felicitate with the Executive Governor of Bayelsa State, His Excellency, Senator Douye Diri on the occasion of his sixty first birthday celebration.
