…Says His partnership with Gov Diri turning Bayelsa into Oasis of Hope
The Bayelsa State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) led by Mr. Solomon Agwana (JP) has congratulated His Excellency, Senator Lawrence Ewhrudjakpo, Deputy Governor of Bayelsa State as he marks his 58th birthday today.
A statement released by Mr. Ebiye Ogoli,
Bayelsa State PDP Publicity Secretary, to Bight Newspaper correspondent in Yenagoa, the party described Senator Ewhrujadkpo as a very humble, kindhearted, God-fearing, highly organized and ingenious leader.
The statement added that Senator Ewhrudjakpo has continued to display exceptional leadership acumen exemplified in his passionate commitment to duty as the State’s Number two citizen.
The ruling party believed that Ewhrudjakpo’s unflinching support and loyalty, his close working partnership with the Governor is clearly and steadily turning Bayelsa into an oasis of hope for the Izon people.
The party acknowledged with satisfaction his contributions, particularly his superb supervision that brought turn-around growth to the Local Government Councils, as well as all other tasks delegated to him which earned him title as the “Mr. Workaholic”.
The party leadership ranked Sen. Ewhrudjakpo as the most effective Deputy Governor in Nigeria.
The statement reads:
“Your Excellency, Sir, We are proud of you, the partnership and close working relationship you have with your Principal, our dear Governor had indeed, brought about massive transformation and development in our dear state. The perception we get from people far and near about our State is a good one; and we urge and pray that this brotherly relationship is sustained for the good of our people”
“We take this moment to express our profound gratitude for your meritorious service to the growth and progress of Bayelsa state.
“As we prepare towards the Governorship election, your Party demand that you loose no sleep over its outcome because the good people of Bayelsa State, who continue to express their gratitude to the government on a daily basis for all the good work have long made up their mind to stand with the PDP and vote for the Diri/Law 2023 ticket to secure victory on the 11th of November, 2023.
