Ebilade Commends Gov. Dickson’s Decision To Constitute A Formidable Restoration Campaign Team
…Says Bayelsan Youths Are With Dickson
The newly constituted Restoration Primary Election Campaign committee by the leader of the People Democratic Party (PDP) in Bayelsa State, Gov. Henry Seriake Dickson has been commended by his youngest Special Adviser designate to the Governor, Hon. Ebilade Ekerefe, for appointing reputable and seasoned politicians into the restoration campaign team.
Hon. Ebilade gave the commendation in a press briefing shortly after the inauguration of the committee at government house, Yenagoa.
He noted that majority of the the youth population in Bayelsa State with the Governor. And that he is confident that the team will get things right for the party to win the next election in the state.
Ebilade enjoined Governor Dickson not to allow himself sway by the political gimmicks of some power brokers within and outside a party he has laboured so hard to build at both the state and the national level.
“The Ofurumapepe has once again demonstrated that he is a leader who believes in the politics of loyalty and reward. Therefore, I commend him for carefully selecting reputable politicians with the needed political experience as members of the restoration campaign team.
“By the names in the committee, especially Rt. Hon. Tonye Isenah who is in charge of contact and mobilization, I’ve no doubt in my mind that our leader, Governor Dickson and the restoration family is on course.”
The youth leader and Special Adviser designate reassured the governor that the prayers of Bayelsans and the massive support base of the youths who constitutes a greater mass of the voting population are with him and never to be distracted by the political gimmick of some power brokers within and outside a party he has laboured so hard to build at both the state and the national level.
