AKWA-IBOM STATE GOV. UDOM EMMANUEL DURING PDP RALLY.

AKWA-IBOM-The executive governor of Akwa-Ibom state Gov. Gabriel Udom Emmanuel has alleged the ruling party of having borrowed mamouth crowd seen in the state during the All Progressive Congress (APC) opening Presidential flag-off at the Gods will Akpabio International Stadium, Uyo.

The APC Presidential Rally which took place on 28 December 2018 at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium, Uyo Akwa-Ibom State which attracted notable figures from all walks especially the APC chieftains which was greeted with a behemoth crowd metamorphosed into a political plank used by the APC as indication of wide acceptance against the people’s Democratic Party in their subsequent campaign rallies.

This was however dispelled on Friday by the PDP gubernatorial candidate in Akwa-Ibom State Governor Gabriel Udom Emmanuel during his gubernatorial rally tagged ‘ONLY GOD, at his home constituency EKET this evening, saying that the crowd which was seen in the state on December 28 2018, was a borrowed crowd and not true supporters.

The Governor said while addressing the mamouth crowd“ APC must go Now Now Now!, you see the borrowed crowd that came to our state on 28 December 2018, don’t be carried by those borrowed crowd, they are not true voters, nor supporters “.

Speaking further, He enjoined the people to vote massively for PDP for the continuation of the industrialization agenda that is on going in the state.

“ We have the true supporters, voters and people here in Akwa-Ibom state for PDP, we shall support, vote, and declare the winner by ourselves here in Akwa-Ibom State and not the borrowed crowd was seen on 28 December 2018 in the State” The governor said.

The people of EKET expressed their satisfaction for landmark developmental strides in the area especially the local stadium project that is on going.
