A Nigerian Senator Ben Uwajumogu, member of the All Progressives Congress (APC) is dead. He is the member representing Imo North Senatorial District in the Red Chambers.
An Adamawa Senator Elisha Abboh confirmed the death of the 51years old Imo State Senator Ben to Premium Times through a phone call.
Abboh was quoted to have said, the Senator died this afternoon in an Abuja hospital after he was been treated in a hospital in the United Arab Emirates, and was discharged just last week after which he returned to the country.
Source said the late Senator Ben Uwajumogu was seen in the Senate Plenary yesterday but did not show any sign of serious ailment.
