PORT HARCOURT- Bight News gathered that the Rivers State Governor Nyesom Ezenwa Wike has directed the Rivers State Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice to auction all the vehicles that violated the lockdown order.
The information was made available to Newsmen in a statement published by Mr. Paulinus Nsirim, the Commissioner for Information and Communications on Thursday evening in Port Harcourt the State capital city.
The statement quoted Governor Wike to have directed the Commissioner for Justice to auction every vehicle confiscated for violating the lockdown order in the state.
“ Governor Wike has directed the Rivers State Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice to auction all the vehicles that violated the lockdown order.
“Members of the public who are interested to buy the auctioned vehicles are to watch out for details in The Sun, The Nation and Vanguard Newspapers.” Paulinus added.
