Gov Douye Diri of Bayelsa State and Gov. Yayaya Bello of Kogi State.

A Bayelsan blogger, Saint Meinpamo Onitsha, the Chief Executive Officer of Naijalivetv has tendered an official apology to the Governor of Bayelsa State, Senator Douye Diri and the Kogi state government for publishing a false news about its isolation centre allegedly built with 7 Billion Naira.

Bight News gathered from a publication made by one Ovieteme George on Facebook on Tuesday afternoon that Saint Mienpamo Onitsha has apologized to the Bayelsa State governor stressing that he was never kidnapped by the government as the news made round in the social media.

“I was never kidnapped but detained by the DSS over a publication about a Kogi Isolation Centre allegedly built with 7 billion naira but destroyed by rain/windstorm.
The story i got from Tweeter later turned out to be false.”
“I apologise to Gov. Yahya Bello, Gov. Douye Diri, the people of Kogi and Bayelsa States,

Recall that rumors has been making round the Bayelsa State by oppositions alleging the Bayelsa State government to be privy to the sudden disappearance of Mr. Onitsha.

Mr. Saint Mienpamo Onitsha however denied such claims affirming that he was detained by DSS.
