Mask bandits' illustrated

Bight News correspondent reports that an unidentified gang of armed bandits has launched a hostile operation on Government Girls Comprehensive Secondary School in Moriki town of Zurmi Area of Zamfara State and made away with six people in the early hours of Wednesday night.

Bight News sourced that the hoodlums stormed the school gate with motor bike and made an illegal break-in attempt on the locks of the hostels but after realizing time was not in their favour, they layed hold on six labourers and made away with them, amongst whom are; four men and two women.

Bight News correspondent also gathered from anonymous source that the people abducted, were a married and woman, a teenage girl calculated to be around 18 to 20 years, two cleaners and a driver.

It should be noted that, the same Zurmi local government area has been one of the areas in Zamfara which had suffered most from the operations of these bandits, has been enjoying a relative tranquility in recent times due a truce between the traditional rulers and bandits.

Investigations unveiled that communities in Zurmi local government area has been living under relative peace for some time now after the Birane village massacre by bandits some time ago.
