Bight News reports that, Nigeria Police officer attached to Fidelity Bank located at Ekeki Area of Yenagoa, the Capital of Bayelsa State has allegedly shot a serving member of the Nigeria Youth Service Corps (NYSC) on Monday evening.

The Police officer also shot a Peace Mass Driver after firing shots the Youth Corps Member and have since been rushed to an undisclosed hospital in Yenagoa

Bight News correspondent gathered that, the Peace Mass Driver only parked at the front of the Fidelity Bank to drop off passengers, upon arriving from Abakaleki.

However, this did not sit well with the police officer who upon sighting the vehicle, asked the Driver to remove his vehicle from the spot, as vehicles are not allowed to park at that point.

However, there was a serious argument that led the Police officerl to fire two shots at the driver, which has placed the serving Corp Member in critical condition, leaving driver brutally injured.

At the time of filing this report, irate Nigerians have commenced vandalization of properties at the bank premises in a reprisal attack.
