Cultism: Family Lost House, Properties To Reprisal Attack As Son Killed One In Akenfa ~Bight News
YENAGOA- A family has lost residential home and properties worth millions of naira to cult activities of progeny last night in Akenfa II Epie Community, Yenagoa Bayelsa State.
Bight News reported earlier that suspected cultists engaged their rival group in a gun battle, leading to the death of one person identified to lucky, in Akenfa community, the deceased home town.
A situation that led to pandemonium in the Akenfa community, while residents took cover for their lives.
In a reprisal attack to revenge the death of deceased, the residential building of the ringleader, relocated in along Ebisam street area of Akenfa ablaze by rival gang, burning to ashes home appliances and other properties worth millions of naira.
While relative peace has returned to the area, at the time of filing this report, the whereabout of the family members is unknown.
